winter break: day 10

New Years Eve! Last year we had two other families over to ring in 2022. The girls had the best time staying up until 2 AM, so they've been begging for us to do it again. We made arrangements with our friends a month ago, but with the way our winter break was going I wasn't sure it was going to happen. Olivia was determined to make it happen. She spent all day helping in the kitchen and cleaning the house.

We pulled it off! Olivia and I opted for formal attire, while Braden and Emma took the comfy route.

We had lots of food to eat.

We've been cleaning up the basement and Braden found our boat flares from 2012. They expired in 2013 so the company recommended they be disposed of. Done!
