welcome home

Braden is working on a special project in Miami, which means he’s back to traveling every week.

This week we dropped him off at the airport and had to pick him up. Emma has really been missing him this time around, so I suggested we make signs and go into the airport to meet him.

Emma was worried he wouldn’t know the daddy sign was for him. She included Braden on there just to make sure he knew who we were waiting for.

We got there a little early and had to wait for a while.

When he texted his plane landed the girls moved into position in front of the doors. At one point an older couple stopped right in front of them to wait for someone. Emma was not happy! Luckily they only stood there for a minute and moved on.

They were super excited when they saw Braden coming, and couldn’t wait to show him their signs.

Olivia has always been a little bit of a daddy’s girl.

After we got home it was time for presents.
