vacationing in the bvi
We have a couple things we're waiting on (mainly all the girls Christmas presents), so we have a little more time to kill before we can start moving north. After spending a couple days in St. John we decided why not go to the British Virgin Islands for a couple days? We came up with a list of places we wanted to go - some we've been to, some we haven't.
Probably 99% of the people on boats in the BVI are on vacation, so it is easy to feel like we are on vacation too. I mean... nothing says vacation like a guy and his dog delivering frozen drinks right to your boat.
Our first stop was Willy T's. It is a floating bar and restaurant where you can jump from the top deck (trust me - just ignore the sign). The girls were super excited about spending an afternoon here since we have never been.
They jumped... and jumped... and jumped... for hours.
Our next stop (and probably our favorite spot in the BVI) was Saba Rock. We all love it here - the food, the drinks, the huge Jenga.
Next to Saba Rock is the girls favorite place to do school - Bitter End Yacht Club.
Our last stop in the BVI was Soggy Dollar. We tried to come once before and it was a little too crazy trying to get the boat here, so we never made it. This time we did!
