It's February, and that means tea party. Today Emma hosted her 3rd annual tea party.

This year Olivia invited some of her friends too.

Most of the decorations and food have stayed the same year after year.

I made this table skirt 2 years ago for Olivia's unicorn birthday party. It was a real pain to make, so I use it every chance I get!

Our neighbor runs a baking business out of her house. This year I asked if she could make the cookies and cupcakes for the party. They were delicious... and so pretty!
