One of the Christmas traditions we started is driving around to look at Christmas lights with the girls. We bring hot chocolate and popcorn, which I think the girls love more than looking at lights. We even stopped by to see the Grinch. It was all over the news up

It's been a fun and exhausting couple of days. On Christmas Eve morning we hosted our annual cookie party. There were lots of kids and lots of cookies. On Christmas Eve evening we went to a friend's house for dinner. It was after 11 PM when

This morning we had to check out of our room, but we could use the water park all day. The rooms aren't anything special, but they have bunk beds. We spent most of the day swimming. Emma even tried out the boogie boarding. By far her favorite is

Two things the girls wanted to do while we were in Florida (1) beach, (2) duck pond. Today it was the beach. Emma was very excited to try riding some waves on a boogie board.

Since Braden is working in Florida, and Emma has 3 days off school we decided to spend Thanksgiving in Florida this year. Sounded like a great plan... until we were forecast to get 9 to 13" of snow the night before our flight. Emma could tell I was worried
