first day of 2nd grade

Here we go! Today is Emma's first day of second grade. Her school is doing hybrid learning, so Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays she is doing distance learning at home. Tuesday and Friday she'll be doing in person learning at school.

I think because its a new year, new teacher, new grade she was more motivated this morning to get her assignments done. There were also some fun ones that she enjoyed doing.... like this one.

Another one of her assignments was to draw a picture and describe how you feel about learning at home.
