fire prevention week

Last week was fire prevention week. On Friday the firefighters visited Emma’s school.

The fire station is having a drawing contest. This was Emma’s entry.

Today the fire station had an open house. We’ve gone to one every year, mainly because they love climbing in and out of the fire trucks.

While we were there we walked through the art gallery of 500 entries into the drawing contest. Emma found her picture!

They also had fun in an ambulance and police car.

I remember a time when Emma wouldn’t get near anyone dressed in full costume. Olivia has never had an issue.

Did I mention it snowed this morning!?!
