coming together

Braden had to be in Florida this weekend and I was worried what we were going to do all weekend without him. Good thing we have lots of barn projects!

The girls did tons of exploring and playing. There is a lot to see on 5 acres.

The property hasn't been maintained in I don't know how long. We spent the weekend cutting a lot of it down and picking up trash.

This might be my favorite area so far. Now that it's all cleaned out I have a feeling this is where we'll find the girls most of the time. We just need a tire swing hanging from the tree (hint hint Braden 😉).

We found lots of hidden treasures in all the grass and weeds.

One of the things I had been dying to do since we bought it... burn all the wood!

Next weekend this pile is up next to burn!
