bimini - day 2
We started off day 2 with a little time at the playground.
The girls didn't last too long before they were asking to go to the beach. This time we drove down to the end of the island where we spent pretty much all our time last year.
You can always find crabs on this beach.
After our trip last year I was a little bummed Emma didn't swim in the ocean more. That won't be the case this year. We've had a hard time getting this girl out of the water.
Olivia is loving the water and the waves too.
After lunch we drove in search of some ice cream.
While we were driving around we stopped at my favorite souvenir shop. I bought a magnet here when we came on our sailing trip back in 2012.
Last year we met Chiquita (like the banana), who runs the shop for her mom, Ms. Antoinette. She recognized us when we walked in. 💕
We ate dinner and spent some time watching the sharks at Bimini Big Game Club.
When we got back to our rental house the ice cream truck was right outside. There was no way we were going to pass that up. There's nothing like ice cream twice in one day.
